ServerPhoton.Net.IsValidSignal(signal) → booleanSource ☍

CAR_BLINKER_NONE is a legitimate request, not a rejection: the client sends it to cancel a signal (see the auto-cancel in cl_photon_hooks.lua TurnScan). Listing only the three active states here instead silently drops every cancel.
